Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lovely Pursuits! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

1.    Shipping & Delivery Times

We provide free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days in the continental United States. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii can take an additional 7-12 business days.

**Update for Personalized Sunglasses Cases - May 2025

Due to the recent tariff increases, our distributor has shifted to sea transit instead of air freight to help keep costs down. As a result, shipping times for our personalized sunglasses cases may now take up to 18-25 days. For more information, please refer to our FAQ Guide.

2.    Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

3.    Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update our system.  We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please note if you enter an incorrect address or is deemed as undeliverable, the package will be returned to us and could take up to 2 months for it to be returned. Should the customer wish to have their package resent, they will be responsible for the cost of resending their package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee.

4.    Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@shoplovelypursuits.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

5.   Carrier Delays

Please note that Lovely Pursuits is not responsible for carrier delays.

6.   Changes to Shipping Policy    

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
